Meet My Guest

Jonathan Bartlett is a software developer, author, educator, researcher, and homeschool advocate.  Jonathan has written several textbooks on STEM subjects based on the homeschool co-op classes he often teaches. He is the current president of Homeschool Oklahoma, which has been the state homeschooling organization for over 40 years, and hosts the Homeschool Oklahoma Podcast. He has published peer-reviewed research in mathematics, biology, and philosophy of science, and also regularly serves as a peer reviewer. He is a senior fellow with the Discovery Institute and founder of The Blyth Institute. He has frequently been a writer for the Mind Matters website. His main occupation is as a software developer for McElroy Manufacturing, where he helps build automation into the machines and equipment that they produce. He and his wife, Christa, homeschooled their children from birth all the way through to college, and his wife continues to tutor other homeschool students and co-ops.
